added the ol’ twitter feed to the contact page. in case you don’t feel like clicking the link and following me. i know, it’s redundant, but i have a weak spot for dynamic widget design.

rule one of online portfolio: never apologize for lack of updates. that being said, look forward to content from this past semester of school. it was a doozy. in the meantime, check out black hoodie rap–i’ve been helping them with some stuff (see them headers?). i have so many projects in the works that i don’t know what to do with myself. but i guess that’s something i’ll have to get used to saying a lot.
dear benjamin: i am pleased to inform you that the admissions committee approved your advancement into the second year visual communication design professional program, past the milestone. on the committee’s behalf, i want to congratulate and welcome you to the second year courses of the visual communication design program in the school of design innovation.
heading back to new york in a few weeks to do the whole family thing. staying on the topic of julie’s graduation, i also recently completed the invitation to the party we’re having while we’re out there. i’d invite you but, it’s a family thing. you understand.
right after finals, i spent nearly a whole week making this graduation poster for my sister. simply put, it’s an illustrated version of all of our unfunny inside jokes. more entirely-illustrator fun.
sometimes my best ideas for come when i’m working on other designs. i’ve been eyeing me some bape for a while but this seems way more practical.
i submitted my portfolio a few weeks back for admission into the graphic design program at my college. i really enjoyed working on it; the reapplication process allowed me to be a lot more creative in my presentation this time around. i did this baller title page, and for every section i had a little intro. then i filled it with stuff like this, that, and such. shout out to anyone reviewing the portfolio right now who has probably already seen all of this. trippy!
oh right! i forgot to show you guys this. i’ve kind of been busy actually handing them out in real life. but for those of you who only know me as a figment of the internets, i guess this would be the next best thing. here’s a close up! i think i’m well on my way to being as awesome as this guy.
taking a break from working on my (physical) portfolio. big week coming up. could have a profound impact on the rest of my life. playing it cool. big ups to the dude at kinko’s who scanned my stuff at half price.
i’m getting business cards done as we blog. i had to wait until the new site was done because i wanted them to be somewhat cohesive. here’s a preview. i think i pretty much nailed it, eh? i’ll take pics once i get ‘em.
